By submitting a claim, you acknowledge and agree that we may share your complaint and contact details with the party who posted the allegedly infringing content.

Counter Notification – Request to Restore Content
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a Counter Notification. Your written counter notice must include:

Your physical or electronic signature.
A description of the content that was removed and its original URL on our site.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal District Court for your district (or if outside the U.S., to any district in which we may be found). You must also agree to accept service of process from the original complainant.

Repeat Infringer Policy
