Introduction

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • ½ cup powdered erythritol (or your preferred keto sweetener)

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients
    In a medium saucepan, add heavy cream, butter, and erythritol.
  2. Simmer
    Cook over medium-low heat, whisking often, until the mixture reduces and thickens—about 25–30 minutes. It should coat the back of a spoon.
  3. Cool
    Remove from heat and let it cool. It will continue to thicken as it cools.

Storage
