Ingredients
(For about 4 cups / 1 liter)
- 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
- 1 can (14 oz / 400 g) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 ½ cups (360 ml) Irish whiskey (Jameson or similar)
- 2 Tbsp chocolate syrup (or 2 tsp cocoa powder + 1 Tbsp simple syrup)
- 1 tsp instant coffee granules
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- Optional: a pinch of salt or almond extract for extra depth

Instructions
- Blend Everything:
In a blender, combine heavy cream, condensed milk, whiskey, chocolate syrup, instant coffee, and vanilla. Blend on low speed for 20–30 seconds until smooth.
👉 Don’t over-blend or it can thicken too much. - Taste & Adjust:
Add more chocolate syrup or whiskey to taste. - Bottle It Up:
Pour into sterilized glass bottles or mason jars with tight-fitting lids. - Chill:
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to let the flavors meld.
