Everything Bagel Bits

If you’re a fan of the bold, savory flavor of everything bagels, you’re going to love these bite-sized Everything Bagel Bits. Soft, chewy, and loaded with seasoning, they’re perfect as a snack, appetizer, or even a party food. Serve them warm with cream cheese dip, and you’ve got all the flavor of a bagel in a fun, poppable bite!

Ingredients:

  • 1 tube refrigerated pizza dough (or crescent roll dough)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 2–3 tbsp everything bagel seasoning

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the filling
In a small bowl, mix cream cheese and mozzarella until smooth and spreadable.
  2. Shape the bites
Roll out the dough and cut it into small squares (about 2 x 2 inches). Place about 1 teaspoon of the cheese mixture in the center of each square, then fold the dough around the filling and pinch the seams to seal.
  3. Coat and season
Place the bites seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops with the beaten egg and sprinkle generously with everything bagel seasoning.
  4. Bake
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. Serve
Enjoy warm, either on their own or with cream cheese dip on the side.

Storage:

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Reheat in the oven or air fryer for the best texture.
  • Not ideal for freezing once baked, but you can freeze unbaked filled dough balls and bake them straight from frozen (adding a couple extra minutes to the baking time).
