Instructions:
- Prepare the Steak:
- Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels (helps them sear better).
- Season generously with salt and pepper.
- Sear:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add steak bites in a single layer (do not overcrowd).
- Sear each side for about 2 minutes, until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Make Garlic Butter Sauce:
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium.
- Add butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds, until fragrant.
- Stir in Italian seasoning if using.
- Combine:
- Return steak bites to the pan.
- Toss to coat with the garlic butter.
- Cook another 1 minute until warmed through and glossy.

Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225 g) small pasta shells
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- Fresh parsley or chives, chopped (for serving)
Instructions:
- Cook Pasta:
- Boil shells in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Make the Sauce:
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.

- Season & Combine:
- Add salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if desired).
- Toss in the cooked shells until well coated.
