Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450 g) breakfast sausage (pork or turkey), cooked and crumbled
- 1 (8 oz / 225 g) package cream cheese, softened
- 2 (8 oz / 225 g each) cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional, for extra cheesiness)
- 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned and crumbled. Drain excess grease.
- In a bowl, combine the cooked sausage, cream cheese, cheddar cheese (if using), garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until creamy and well blended.
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate into individual triangles.
- Place a spoonful of sausage mixture on the wide end of each triangle, then roll up toward the narrow tip.
- Arrange crescents on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between them.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.

Storage & Reheating:
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
