3-Ingredient Keto Condensed Milk
Introduction
Traditional sweetened condensed milk is rich and delicious, but it’s loaded with sugar. This keto-friendly version keeps all the creamy sweetness while staying low-carb and sugar-free. With only three simple ingredients, you can make a batch in minutes to use in your favorite keto desserts, coffee drinks, or fat bombs.
Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup unsalted butter
- ½ cup powdered erythritol (or your preferred keto sweetener)

In a medium saucepan, add heavy cream, butter, and erythritol. - Simmer
Cook over medium-low heat, whisking often, until the mixture reduces and thickens—about 25–30 minutes. It should coat the back of a spoon. - Cool
Remove from heat and let it cool. It will continue to thicken as it cools.
Storage
- Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
- Warm gently before using, as it may firm up when chilled.
